All puppies are sold with a written guarantee and a contract. WE DO CHECK ON OUR PUPPIES AFTER THEY HAVE LEFT US! We strive to see that our puppies are happy and that the owners are doing well and help out with any problems. All pet quality puppies are sold with a neuter/spay agreement and limited registration applies.

CONTRACT:

This Miniature Schnauzer has been sold as a PET with limited registration papers to be furnished within 6 to 8 weeks to the purchaser. This dog is free of any liens or encumbrances as a result of Stud Fee's or Veterinary Fees, etc.

IN SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT OF SALE THE PURCHASER AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING:

1. Upon taking possession of the above canine and within 48 hours this dog is to be taken to the veterinarian. This agreement is made for our mutual benefit to protect you as well as myself, and I want it understood that under no circumstances will I stand responsible after 72 hours, or if any expense is incurred in connection with the care of this dog through veterinary bills during the 48 hour period.

2. If within forty eight hours of the Date Of Sale you believe the dog to be sick, you agree to return it to me and we will either refund the purchase price of the dog or I will return the dog to you in a well condtion, if you so desire. If however, you take the dog to the veterinarian during this period or incur any expense, the seller shall not be responsible.

3. Upon taking possession of the above canine you agree to have this dog Neutered/Spayed between the ages of 6-9 months. It is understood at the time of the sale this dog is NOT considered to be of show or breeding quality but is a respentative of its breed and structually and temperamentally suited as a companion and/or obedience dog.

4. No refunds will be given other then those specified. If for any reason you can no longer keep the dog Double H will take the dog back (no refund) and either keep it or place it in a new home. This is so I know where all my dogs are during their life. Purchaser cannot place or sell the dogs without first clearing this with Double H

5. If euthanasia is recommended by a veterinarian the breeder must be notified and give our permission PRIOR to the dog being put to sleep or the replacement policy will be apply. A certificate and full report from the veterinarian is required. The breeder will not be responsible for any bill incurred by this dog..

6. It is undersood that I guarantee any puppy that I sell. If this puppy is found to have a genietic defect, the defect must be  determined by Necropsy at the time of death.

7. Purchaser agrees to regisiter the dog with the Double H prefix.

8. Purchaser also agrees to have the annual Veterinarian check up including the Heartworm checks and to keep all immunizations current according to the AVMA guidelines, to provide adequate houseing accoring to sate law and to provide the dog with a proper diet

9. At no time is this dog to be placed on a chain or confined by a rope, but it to be placed in a fenced yard or walked on a leash.
